        Josiah Parks was born on 18 May 1709 in Preston, New London County, Connecticut.1 He was the son of Thomas Parks and Hannah Witter.1 Josiah Parks married Sarah Benjamin, daughter of Joseph Benjamin and Elizabeth Cooke, on 5 November 1731 in Preston, New London County, Connecticut.1 Josiah Parks died about 1795 in Sayre, Bradford County, Pennsylvania.1
