Welcome to my site. Here you will find digital art, writing (short stories), travel, genealogy, and my Weblog. The digital art includes manipulated photos, Photoshop, and Bryce. The short stories are some vignettes I have written. (There are more!) The travel took place mostly by private boats and planes.

Genealogy is a long-term hobby, but I am now a single surname researcher on the Park/e/s families of New England prior to 1800. The newest gedcom (5.5) of the ParksNewEngland is posted (December 21, 2004) in a zip file. The gedcom is released under the Creative Commons license. There are links from Genealogy to the oft-updated pages on this surname. Also on the Genelogy page are links to the Swedish genelogy and to the Morris family genealogy and to another site with The Great White Fleet (1907-1909).

The Weblog covers subjects of interest to me that are primarily related to my doctoral studies and to my interests in botany and science.
